Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with hands-on experience in the PCD Pharma industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing franchisee accounts, coordinating with internal departments, handling account reconciliations, monitoring outstanding payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage franchisee and distributor accounts across assigned territories.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, debit notes, credit notes, and ledgers.
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account-related issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Finance teams for smooth order processing.
Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, and account statements.
Monitor credit limits and payment cycles of customers.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in GST-related documentation and financial reporting.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in the PCD Pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Experience with Marg Mandatory or similar accounting software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience handling franchisee/distributor accounts in a pharma company.
