Iptnirman is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between design plans and physical construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with approved design drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict health and safety protocols; conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality structural standards.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies on-site quickly to minimize project delays.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, verify material usage, and track measurements/quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Planning: Assist in monitoring work schedules and milestones to ensure the project remains within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: ITI (Civil/Draftsman), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
