We’re looking for an Interaction & Visual Design Lead to create beautiful, human
centered digital experiences across platforms and industries. You’ll combine systems
thinking with visual craft — balancing usability, aesthetics, and business context to design
experiences that work as well as they look.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery, partner closely with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor
designers to elevate craft quality and consistency. This role requires hands-on expertise in
interaction design, visual design systems, and accessibility standards — with a keen eye
for detail and the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions that drive impact.
A curiosity for AI-driven tools and emerging design technologies is encouraged, as we
continue to explore ways to enhance creativity and efficiency through intelligent
design systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design Delivery & Execution

interaction and visual design excellence.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance
clarity and visual appeal.
- Design and maintain component-based systems that align with brand and
accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
- Apply principles of typography, color, layout, and motion to craft engaging,
consistent interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure visual and interaction fidelity in the final
build.
Collaboration & Integration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Research to translate
insights into actionable design outcomes.
- Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Act as a bridge between UX, Visual Design, and Development teams to ensure

- Participate in experience audits and design reviews to continuously raise the bar on
craft and delivery.
Mentorship & Team Leadership
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to peers and junior designers on
interaction, visual hierarchy, and system thinking.
- Support Design Leads with scoping, resource planning, and mentorship during
delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture rooted in design
excellence.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable design deliverables
aligned to user and business goals.
- Leverage journey analytics, behavioral data, and KPIs to inform design choices and
measure impact.
- Present design rationale clearly, linking decisions to measurable outcomes and
strategic objectives.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate design intent through storytelling, visual presentations, and well
structured documentation.
- Represent design confidently in client meetings, workshops, and reviews —
articulating choices with clarity and empathy.
- Build trust by aligning design decisions with business goals and demonstrating a
balanced approach between innovation and feasibility.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to Rightpoint’s design systems and best practices, helping drive
efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Manage multiple engagements effectively, balancing priorities, timelines, and
dependencies.
- Support proposal creation and design storytelling for business development and
pitch initiatives.

shipped digital products.
- Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, and design systems).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and motion
principles.
- Proven eye for visual design — layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across
multidisciplinary teams.

Midjourney, Firefly, or similar tools).
