About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack eCommerce Developer with strong Node.js backend development, database architecture, AI integration capabilities, and business development skills. The ideal candidate will build scalable web applications, optimize performance, and actively contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition.
This role blends Business+technology + strategy + growth.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Build scalable backend systems using Node.js
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Build dynamic frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Develop custom eCommerce features (catalog, cart, checkout, order tracking)
- Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal)
- Implement authentication, authorization & data security
Database & App Architecture
- Design and optimize databases using:
- MongoDB
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Develop scalable inventory & ERP-style backend systems
- Optimize queries for high traffic performance
- Implement caching mechanisms (Redis preferred)
- Manage cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
AI & Automation Integration
- Integrate AI chatbots for customer service
- Implement AI-based product recommendations
- Develop automation tools for marketing workflows
- Use AI APIs such as:
- OpenAI
- TensorFlow
- Build internal AI tools for pricing analysis, competitor tracking, or demand forecasting
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Support pre-sales technical discussions
- Convert inbound leads into development contracts
- Propose technical upgrades to increase client revenue
- Assist in proposal writing and pricing strategy
- Identify B2B eCommerce opportunities
- Optimize conversion funnels and analytics
Required SkillsTechnical
- Strong expertise in Node.js
- Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks
- Strong database design skills (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- API development & third-party integrations
- Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, deployment)
- Experience integrating AI tools & APIs
- Knowledge of Docker (preferred)
