Job Title: Site Supervisor / Construction Overseer
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction work on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring labor and materials, and keeping the project on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, laborers, electricians, plumbers, and other workers.
- Inspect the quality of work and ensure proper construction standards are maintained.
- Track material deliveries, usage, and inventory to minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the owner.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure project timelines are met and work progresses as planned.
- Monitor safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Verify measurements and completed work before approvals or payments.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage labor and multiple vendors efficiently.
