Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Photographer who brings both creative expertise and a collaborative mindset. The role involves handling day-to-day shoots with a keen eye for detail, while also supporting the team in client meetings, presentations, and production discussions when needed. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our visual standards while confidently representing the studio when required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Execution & Production Oversight
- Lead and execute high-quality photo shoots across product, fashion, lifestyle, and conceptual imagery.
- Set up lighting, composition, and camera setups tailored to diverse brand aesthetics and platforms.
- Guide stylists, assistants, and junior photographers on set to maintain shoot quality and consistency.
- Review and approve post-production outputs with the retouching team to ensure brand aligned delivery.
2. Quality Assurance & Innovation
- Maintain the visual benchmark for all photography deliverables from the studio.
- Constantly research, experiment, and introduce new visual trends, lighting setups, and technologies to elevate the studio's output.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions for the photography and styling team to nurture talent and encourage growth.
Key Requirements
- Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- BAF, Fine Arts, and Photography certification

- 4-5 years of experience in commercial photography, preferably in fashion, product, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong understanding of studio and natural lighting, advanced camera handling, and creative composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard photography and retouching tools (Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to engage clients and explain creative rationale.
- Proven leadership in managing production teams and ensuring deadline-driven, high-quality output.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally with stylists, creative directors, editors, and clients.
- Flexible to travel for shoots and client presentations as needed.
