Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The incumbent will drive the marketing initiatives for our clients and manage internal online initiatives. As the Digital Lead, she/he will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with both the clients and our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, content)
- Drive B2B lead generation through targeted performance marketing initiatives
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards
- Manage and improve organic visibility through SEO best practices and content marketing
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing messaging with business offerings
- Own the marketing funnel and continuously optimize conversion rates at each stage
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring high ROI
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team, agency partners, or freelancers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Report on key metrics to stakeholders and recommend data-driven improvements
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience with B2B marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation in the IT or tech industry.
- Creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and working with remote or cross-functional teams.
