Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities
Ensure quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and progress
Verify contractor bills and maintain site documentation
Manage materials, inventory, and site resources efficiently
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- AutoCAD (Preferred)
- MS Excel & MS Office
Preferred Experience
- Residential, villa, or real estate construction projects
- MS Project or Primavera knowledge is an added advantage
