Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD/Revit
- Develop 3D models and renders for client presentations
- Assist with design development, material selection, and detailing
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Visit sites for measurement, supervision, and quality checks
- Maintain project documentation and revisions
Requirements
- B.Arch from a recognized institution
- Council of Architecture (CoA) registration (or eligible to register)
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp/Lumion or similar a strong plus
- Willingness to travel to project sites within and around Chennai
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and a collaborative attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience with rendering/visualization tools
- Familiarity with interior detailing and finishes
- Knowledge of English, Tamil & Hindi (spoken) for site coordination
