About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of building strong connections within the construction and infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit builders, contractors, architects, consultants, educational institutions, factories, industrial parks, real estate developers, government bodies, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate enquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Head Office team for proposals, quotations, and project support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
- Support repeat business and customer retention initiatives.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and construction opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collect and submit weekly market intelligence reports.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
Daily & Weekly Expectations
- Minimum 8–10 customer/site visits per day.
- Minimum 40–50 customer/site visits per week.
- Submit daily visit reports before 6:30 PM.
- Attend weekly review meetings with management every Saturday.
- Maintain an updated lead database and follow-up records.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and the building industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Construction-related industries preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
