Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at our Hyderabad office. The Telesales Executive is responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities and generating revenue over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. It is the responsibility of the Telesales Executive to cultivate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Contact potential business clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads to sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to provide excellent post-sales service and support to customers
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound call center environment is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with outstanding multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
