We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive DRA candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
