Morbid Technologies is hiring Listener Partners for our app.
This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will talk to users through the app and provide friendly, respectful, and non-judgmental conversations. The role is suitable for candidates who are good at communication, patient listening, and handling users politely.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to users through audio/video calls and chat on the app.
- Listen to users patiently and maintain a friendly conversation.
- Follow platform guidelines and maintain professional behavior.
- Stay active on the app during available hours.
- Avoid sharing personal contact details or taking payments outside the app.
- Maintain user privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Android smartphone with stable internet connection.
- Comfortable talking to new people.
- Polite, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Must be able to submit a short video introduction in English during registration.
Important:
- This is not a fixed-salary job. Earnings are based on your active time, user calls/chats, and overall performance on the app. The listener app is currently available only for Android users.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
