Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CAD software training and demonstrations for customers and institutions.
- Design and develop footwear using Mind CAD software.
- Support customers with software-related technical requirements.
- Drive PAN India sales and business growth for Mind CAD software.
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and convert business opportunities into sales.
- Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and marketing activities.
- Travel across India for customer training and business development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Footwear CAD Software.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Shoemaster / ICad / Crispin, or similar footwear CAD software.
- Ability to design footwear and develop shoe patterns using CAD software.
- Experience in conducting CAD software training.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales and business development experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
