Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, reception, washrooms, etc.).
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office.
- Manage office errands such as bank visits, courier dispatch/collection, and vendor coordination.
- Support in shifting office items, arranging supplies, and maintaining office assets.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist in basic pantry management if required.
Requirements:
- Basic education (10th/12th pass preferred).
- Polite, disciplined, and well-groomed.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain punctuality.
- Prior experience in office support role preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
