- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized shelves
- Check stock availability and coordinate inventory management
- Receive shipments and maintain inventory accuracy
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and promotions
- Support overall store operations and teamwork
