Designation: Rehab Counselor
Job Description:
* Provide individual and group-based interventions for patients and their families
* Engage clients in activities of daily living
* Provide resources and training to support the reintegration of in-patients hereby referred as residents
* Monitor resident's bio-psycho-social needs
* Guide and counsel clients on personal hygiene management
* Monitor medication intake and ensure adequate food consumption
* Engage clients in physical activities such as yoga or physical training
* Conduct various recreational activities
* Conduct and manage clubs for the benefit of residents
* Celebrate festivals and events to foster a therapeutic community environment
Job Specification:
* MSc in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
* Willingness to work in shifts (mandatory: 10 additional shifts of 3 hours every month)
* Willingness to commit for a minimum period of 24 months
* Must be patient and willing to show compassion
* Should be open to constructive feedback from immediate manager

* Average salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (exclusive of variable pay)
