Senior Design Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead all design and engineering activities from concept to production.
- Plan, assign, and monitor design projects to ensure timely completion.
- Review and approve CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with customers, production, quality, and suppliers for project execution.
- Lead and mentor the design team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering standards, and quality procedures.
- Manage engineering documentation, design revisions, and project records.
- Resolve technical issues and support manufacturing during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and report project status to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, quality, and team productivity.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
