Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and high-energy Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Civil Engineers, and Contractors. You will serve as the face of our showroom, promoting our premium range of products and driving high-quality leads through field-based networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Networking: Actively meet with Architects, Interior Designers, and Civil Engineers at their offices or project sites to introduce our product portfolio.
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert new business opportunities by building a robust pipeline of upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Showroom Promotion: Effectively communicate our brand value and technical product specifications to influence decision-makers.
- Client Conversion: Invite and escort professional partners and their clients to our showroom for product demonstrations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with industry professionals to ensure our showroom is their preferred choice for all their project requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Building Materials is a major plus).
- Communication: Fluent in the local language and professional English.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder
