Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Skills in conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding processes
- Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
