Role: Marketing & Sales Manager (Dental Academy)
Location: Sujay’s Dental Academy, Opp Kathriguppe Water Tank, Bangalore - 560085
Experience: 1-2 years in Healthcare Marketing, Sales, or Academy Management.
Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote dental academy courses and workshops.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective students, dental interns, and practitioners to drive enrollments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with dental colleges and industry vendors.
Communication: Conduct presentations and seminars to showcase the academy’s value proposition.
Sales Tracking: Monitor enrollment targets and provide regular reports on marketing ROI.
Required Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of the dental industry and clinical terminology.
Proven track record in sales conversion and digital marketing.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
