About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Store Manager who can lead the store operations while representing the vision, values, and brand image of the company. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent operational control, sales acumen, and customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Leadership
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end store operations.
- Represent the company’s vision in thought, word, and action.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of sales, inventory, security, POS, and customer service.
- Conduct daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and compliance.
- Perform random and master physical inventory checks.
- Ensure proper usage, storage, and safety of POS systems and packaging materials.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets (WTD / MTD / YTD).
- Monitor UPT, ATV, conversion ratios, scheme enrollments, and overall store productivity.
- Authorize discounts, schemes, sales returns, and customer approvals as per company policy.
- Reduce shrinkage and manage ageing / slow-moving stock effectively.
Visual Merchandising & Marketing
- Create and implement an annual Visual Merchandising (VM) plan.
- Ensure high standards of VM with no tarnished or damaged display products.
- Actively participate in marketing and PR initiatives as part of the core team.
- Coordinate and execute local promotional and marketing activities.
Customer Experience
- Understand customer needs and relay insights to HO / manufacturing teams.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Maintain and analyze the customer feedback register.
- Ensure high grooming, etiquette, and service standards across the team.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and other prescribed reports to HO.
- Ensure accurate reporting of stock requirements, customer responses, and complaints.
- Monitor gold rate updates and ensure accurate pricing.
- Ensure BIS, hallmarking, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of designs, business data, and financial information.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop store staff in sales and customer service.
- Conduct daily briefings, weekly meetings, and performance feedback sessions.
- Handle staff appraisals, leave approvals, OT, and shift rotations.
- Plan manpower rosters and coordinate training/upskilling programs.
Security & Risk Management
- Monitor CCTV surveillance twice daily.
- Ensure safety of high-value stock in lockers and vaults.
- Report discrepancies or damages within stipulated timelines.
- Manage damaged / despair stock as per SOP and coordinate with HO.
Authorities
- Devise and implement store-level Visual Merchandising plans.
- Plan marketing and PR strategies as part of the core team.
- Authorize store-level operational expenses.
- Approve customer advances and discounts within policy limits.
- Conduct staff appraisals and performance evaluations.
- Sanction staff leave, OT, and shift rotations.
- Verify daily sales, cash balances, transfers, and billing tallies.
Eligibility & Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in jewellery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales metrics.
- Willingness to be posted at any retail branch within the city.
- High integrity with strict adherence to confidentiality and business ethics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
