About the Role
We are looking for forward-thinking Data Scientists across mid-to-senior levels (3–10 years of experience) to join our growing AI/ML team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling state-of-the-art Generative AI applications, advanced RAG pipelines, and autonomous Agentic AI workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
- Build Advanced RAG Pipelines: Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems incorporating semantic search, hybrid search, reranking, and chunking strategies.
- Develop Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous multi-agent systems and workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to execute complex reasoning tasks.
- Productionize AI Models: Write clean, production-grade Python code to integrate AI models into scalable microservices and cloud infrastructures.
- Optimize & Evaluate: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model latency, hallucination rates, cost efficiency, and overall response accuracy.
Core Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and modern software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, unit testing).
- GenAI & LLMs: Deep hands-on experience with commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral).
- Orchestration Frameworks: Expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.
- Vector Databases: Experience with vector stores such as Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Agentic Frameworks: Demonstrated experience building agent loops, tool use, and multi-agent coordination (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Experience Tiers (Multiple Openings)1. Mid-Level Data Scientist (3–5 Years)
- Strong foundation in Python and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proven track record of deploying basic-to-intermediate RAG pipelines and integrating LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with vector search and prompt engineering techniques.
2. Senior / Lead Data Scientist (6–10 Years)
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade Generative AI architectures from scratch.
- Deep expertise in building complex, autonomous Agentic AI systems and advanced RAG optimizations (e.g., GraphRAG, query rewriting).
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior team members and drive technical roadmaps.
