Designing frameworks (logs, dashboards, reporting, M&E) and managing uploading of legacy data,

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical documents (BRD, SRS, FRS), training manuals, mock-ups, log frameworks, dashboards, and M&E frameworks.

Manage data collection, storage, processing, and reporting systems.

Guide technology support partner teams through the software development process.

Track and resolve bugs using tools like ZOHO and JIRA.

Utilize off-the-shelf solutions, including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite

Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective project tracking.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to meet project goals.

Gather requirements, and prepare DB schemas, API documentation, wireframes, and UI/UX designs.

Engage in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, UAT, and rollout).

Draft BRD and FRD documents and evaluate tools for project needs.

Coordinate with technology support partners to draft contracts and proposals.
Essential Requirements
Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Skills:

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, with a basic technical understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, and database schemas.

Experience in project documentation, data handling, and bug tracking.

Familiarity with off-the-shelf IT solutions.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
