We are seeking diligent Data Analyst to monitor the temperature of pharmaceutical and plasma truckloads remotely. A variance in temperature can impact the quality of shipments, so strict attention to detail is essential. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely reporting, updating spreadsheets, and communicating with the client.

Monitor temperature ranges for up to 100 truckloads every two hours.

Report discrepancies in temperature immediately to ensure swift corrective actions.

Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports with temperature data from truck fleets.

Communicate findings effectively with the clients.

Continuously work to improve the temperature check process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Remote Work Setup: Candidate must have their own laptop and a stable broadband connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.

Preferred background in logistics or experience with temperature monitoring.

Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and diligence in monitoring and reporting.

Able to handle client-facing communication professionally.

Good communication skills to effectively convey updates and discrepancies.

Ability to work in shifts: 6 am to 3 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm, 10 pm to 7 am.
