As a Telecaller, you will connect with potential candidates, explain our overseas job opportunities, generate leads, and support applicants throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective candidates through calls and messages.
Explain job opportunities and company services clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain candidate records and update databases.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate processing.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
