Role Summary
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director, acting as the key point of contact between the Management and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Screen calls and emails; draft and respond to correspondence on the MD's behalf.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes; record minutes and track action items.
- Coordinate with department heads to follow up on tasks, approvals, and project status.
- Handle expense reports, client visits, and official events.
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Any).
- 1+ Years experience as an Assistant or in a similar senior-support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
