- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communication activities.
HR Administration
- Draft letters, emails, and HR-related documents.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu (Thanjavur, Thanjavur District)
