We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency dedicated to scaling businesses globally. We do not believe in passive marketing—we are actively looking for an aggressive, results-driven Cold Email Specialist who doesn't wait for leads to trickle in, but proactively prospects and acquires high-value clients across international markets (US, UK, UAE, Australia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Scraping:
- Identify and extract verified contact details (emails, direct phone numbers) of C-Level Executives, Founders, and Marketing Directors across global target markets.
- Utilize lead intelligence tools efficiently (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Cold Campaign Creation & Copywriting:
- Write high-converting, personalized B2B email sequences that bypass spam filters and achieve high Open Rates (40%+) and Reply Rates.
- Craft compelling value propositions that encourage prospects to book discovery calls.
- Technical Setup & Deliverability Management:
- Set up, monitor, and maintain domain authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI) to ensure primary inbox placement.
- Manage multi-domain warm-ups and maintain sender reputation to avoid blacklists.
- Automation & Campaign Optimization:
- Launch and scale cold email campaigns using automation platforms (Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker, etc.).
- Run continuous A/B testing (Subject lines, Email body, CTAs) and manage CRM pipelines (HubSpot / Zoho).
- Client Acquisition & Pipeline Growth:
- Engage with interested replies and schedule discovery/sales calls for our senior team.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (Deliverability Rate, Open Rate, Reply Rate, Meetings Booked).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Cold Email Outreach and B2B Lead Generation for agencies or IT service providers.
- Tool Mastery:
- Scraping & Verification: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Lusha, ZeroBounce/NeverBounce.
- Outreach Automation: Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker, or Mailshake.
- Deliverability Expertise: In-depth knowledge of domain warm-ups, DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox deliverability strategies.
- Copywriting Skills: Exceptional native-level English copywriting skills tailored for international decision-makers.
- Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
