The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to closure. Job Objective
To support business growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and assisting in converting prospects into long-term customers while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Reach out to prospective clients to understand their business needs and present relevant solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and introductory pitches.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to identify future business opportunities.
- Track sales activities and provide timely updates through CRM and periodic reports.
Requirements & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with B2B clients is preferred.
- Exposure to IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, or technology sales is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
