Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for our SaaS products and company branding. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media, lead generation, email marketing, content creation, and performance marketing (PPC).
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create, schedule, and optimize posts
- Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics
Lead Generation (LinkedIn Focus)
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients
- Execute organic outreach and paid LinkedIn campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement
- Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Manage segmentation and email lists
Content Creation and Blogging
- Write high-quality blog content related to SaaS, technology, and business
- Align content with SEO best practices
- Coordinate with design team for visual content
Performance Marketing (PPC)
- Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor keyword bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Build and manage keyword lists and targeting strategies
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- Strong understanding of social media, PPC, and lead generation strategies
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
