Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new overseas customers, distributors, and importers.
- Generate export sales through trade portals, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
- Manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, QA/QC, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in International Business or Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years in international sales, export business development, or overseas account management.
- Experience in Feed, Food, Aqua Feed, Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Agri Commodities, or related industries is preferred.
