We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the factory premises. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee, customer, and vehicle movements, controlling access to the factory, and safeguarding company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of employees, customers, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor and vehicle movements.
- Ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access to the factory premises.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the factory premises.
- Monitor security systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents immediately.
- Protect company property, equipment, and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Maintain discipline and support smooth day-to-day factory operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Previous experience in factory or industrial security is preferred.
- Good observation, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of handling security-related responsibilities effectively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
