Your work profile
- As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards
- Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.
- Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
- Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
- Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
- Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
- Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes
Key skills required:
- We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect with around 8 years of experience in designing and implementing AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- The candidate should have strong expertise in open-source multi-agent frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic AI platforms is required.
- The role involves architecting scalable multi-agent ecosystems integrating LLMs, workflows, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure AI foundry), and microservices architecture is expected.
- The candidate should be capable of designing AI orchestration, memory management, RAG pipelines, and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions with Kubernetes, Docker, vector databases, and event-driven architectures is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI governance, observability, security, and responsible AI practices is essential.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, solution consulting, and technical leadership capabilities.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation and AI-native platform modernization will be an added advantage
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
