Job Summary:
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issue of materials in the plant. The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate record maintenance, and timely availability of materials for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify with purchase orders
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of materials
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisition
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records (ERP / Excel / Manual)
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Maintain inward and outward registers
- Ensure proper documentation of delivery challans, and invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store area
Qualification:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years experience in Store or Inventory
- Computer knowledge required (MS Excel / ERP / Tally preferred)
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP / Tally / Excel
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
