Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and regular follow-ups.
Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Laptop and stable internet connection.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
