- Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, control valves, sensors, and analyzers.
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of all process instruments.
- Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and automation systems.
- Support production and utility operations by minimizing instrument-related downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for breakdowns.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, electrical, and mechanical teams for plant improvements.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and projects.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory related to instrumentation and automation systems.
