About the Role
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Program Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging programs and events. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee production schedules, and ensure a high-quality experience for audiences and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage program concepts, timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee content development and ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Manage event logistics, technical requirements, and production workflows.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address challenges.
- Track program performance metrics and prepare post-event reports.
- Ensure all programs align with organizational goals, brand standards, and audience needs.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to maximize participation and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
2+ years of experience in program production, event management, project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
