Drive Regional Growth in EV Charging, Solar & BESS
At Anayon, we are expanding our presence across EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar Energy, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across South India.( Karnataka | Tamil Nadu | Andhra Pradesh | Telangana | Kerala)
Work Location: Chennai
Work Days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and channel sales growth for EV Charging, Solar, and BESS solutions.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, EPC, and installer networks across South India.
- Generate business opportunities with EPC companies, industrial clients, commercial facilities, fleet operators, builders, and infrastructure developers.
- Handle project-based solution sales and achieve regional revenue targets.
- Expand market presence and strengthen regional business operations.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical and execution teams for project closure and support.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories for partner development and business meetings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in EV Charging, Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical Products, Energy Storage, or Industrial Electrical Solutions.
- Strong background in B2B sales, channel sales, dealer development, or project sales.
- Existing distributor/dealer network in South India will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with EPCs, electrical contractors, industrial customers, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional markets and business development activities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently drive regional sales and target achievement.
- Willingness for frequent travel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
