Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Document and communicate incident findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to system anomalies.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
