Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 2 – 4 Years with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
*Job Description:*
* Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
* Handle order processing, returns, refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment activities.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
* Manage product listings, catalog uploads, SKU mapping, pricing, discounts, and inventory updates.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across marketplaces.
* Generate MIS, sales, and performance reports using Excel.
* Analyze sales trends, marketplace performance, and customer feedback.
* Support GST data preparation, e-invoicing, and marketplace compliance.
* Handle drop-ship and export order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and customer engagement activities.
* Prepare purchase orders and support inventory planning based on sales forecasts.
* Resolve marketplace issues and provide operational insights to support business growth.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
