Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction for plant employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime records, and shift schedules with payroll teams.
- Manage contract labor compliance and vendor coordination.
- Support performance management and training & development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and industrial relations matters.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly dashboards.
- PF & ESIC Registration of New Joinee.
Administration
- Oversee plant administration including housekeeping, canteen, transport, and security.
- Manage facility maintenance and office infrastructure.
- Coordinate visitor management and employee accommodation (if applicable).
- Monitor vendor contracts and administrative expenses.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with plant policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office/admin supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and industrial relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle workforce issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Experience
- Executive: 2–5 years in plant HR/Admin.
- Factory HR & IR specific JD
- KPI-based JD format
- Modern ATS-friendly JD template
- Hindi version of the JD
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
