Role description
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with 3+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across networking, security, wireless, DDI, cloud networking, and observability platforms, with a strong focus on maintaining a healthy network estate through proactive monitoring, incident management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the health, availability, and performance of the enterprise network estate using approved monitoring tools. Identify network s, performance issues, and service-impacting events, and escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams.
Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting to support faster incident resolution. Assist with collecting logs, diagnostics, and monitoring data required for investigations and root cause analysis.
Monitor Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Wireless, Infoblox, and Azure networking environments, highlighting operational concerns.
Track network capacity, utilization, availability, and service health through monitoring dashboards. Maintain operational documentation, monitoring procedures, runbooks, and ing standards.
Collaborate with Network, Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to support timely incident detection, escalation, and resolution.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
Strong expertise in network monitoring, event correlation, management, and incident response.
Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring a large-scale enterprise network environment.
Hands-on experience with: Palo Alto Firewalls Cisco Routing & Switching Cisco Wireless Access Points Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) Azure Cloud Networking Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as SolarWinds, Datadog, ManageEngine, or equivalent tools.
Working knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking, with the ability to perform initial troubleshooting, identify issues, and provide timely escalation to engineering teams
Understanding of network protocols including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, QoS, NAT, VPN, and network security principles.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification preferred.
Exposure to SD-WAN technologies and network automation is an advantage. Experience working in large enterprise or healthcare environments is desirable.
