Qualification
BE/ BTech or Postgraduate diploma in Plastics Technology
Relevant experience : Min. 10-12 years of Experience in plastics or similar industry
Skill Sets (If any)
1. Good understanding of Plastics processing and
molding technology, functionality, and troubleshooting
2. Fair understanding of QMS certifications applicable
to plastic industry and requirements
3. High Customer Orientation and handling of cross-
functional Teams
4. Proficient in Problem Solving methodology (Like
Six-Sigma) and tools like – FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Seven
QC tools
5. Analytical abilities to understand the patterns based
on Data, facts & observations, application of SPC.
6. Experience in conducting Process audits & System
audits for risk assessment & Quality certifications
7. Good communications and Presentation skills
8. Team management

Job Description:
Ensure the reduction in Customer Complaints, Internal rejections in the unit through structured
problems solving, standardization & Horizontal deployment of best practices
Drive Quality improvement projects using structured methodologies and tools – PFMEA, RCA
and CAPA
Human Resource Development, Recruitment Process
QMS Implementation and Compliance at units [FSSC, ISO. SEDEX Certification ]
Identification & Standardization of ‘Critical to Quality’ (CTQ) Processes and systems
Implementation of QMS, Quality certifications, and internal Quality SOPs
To Conduct Periodic process and system audits in factories as to identify the gaps & quality
risks.
Drive ‘ Built in Quality Piller’ under Alternicq Production System
Improve the 5S in shop-floor management and ensure people engagement through training, and
regular coaching, Quality campaigns, 5S drive and Kaizen.
New product Quality validations and support in successful launch
Ensure the compliance to Change control process
Supplier quality performance
Ensure GMP implementation on shop floor
Meeting Customers to understand their requirements and concerns
Conduct RCA and CAPA verification & implement Internal process controls / poka-yoke to
prevent repeated quality issues
