Job Description
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the following activities after completion of in‑house product and process training:
Technical Responsibilities
- Attending and resolving complaints related to Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMDs)
- Carrying out Preventive Maintenance as per defined SLAs
- Performing installation and commissioning of DFMDs
- Conducting site surveys prior to deployment
- Providing product demonstration and operational guidance at customer locations

Administrative Responsibilities
- Timely submission of:
- Service reports
- Expense vouchers
- Preventive maintenance records
- Daily reporting to the Central Service Office at Navi Mumbai
- Compliance with internal service documentation and reporting systems
