Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience in Python and React to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development skills, experience building scalable web applications, and be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to improve development efficiency and deliver AI-enabled features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software design principles and best coding practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
AI & Modern Development Skills
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools and understand how to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
Preferred experience includes:
- AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
- Prompt engineering and AI-assisted software development.
- Building AI-powered features such as chatbots, document search, summarization, or automation.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
