Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, messages, emails, and other channels.
- Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly to close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
- Stay updated on products, services, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
