Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in a hospital or educational institution is preferred
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen telephone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Draft, type, and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with various departments and external agencies.
- Organize office documents and maintain proper filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
