The Field Sales Executive – Property Scouting will be responsible for identifying suitable properties, meeting property owners and brokers, conducting site visits, negotiating initial terms, and supporting the property acquisition process. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, negotiation, and market research skills with a passion for field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and scout residential, commercial, and land properties as per business requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate potential properties and locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and local agents.
- Generate new property acquisition leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct preliminary property assessments, including location analysis and feasibility.
- Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and coordinate follow-ups.
- Collect and verify basic property documents before further evaluation.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and management teams during the acquisition process.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and broker contacts.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare site visit reports and daily field activity reports.
- Achieve monthly property scouting and acquisition targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.
- Ensure timely follow-up until property onboarding or acquisition is completed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, real estate, property acquisition, business development, or channel sales.
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and property transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
