Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst - Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs, conduct practicalsessions, and ensure content aligns with the latest industry trends. The role includes mentoring participants andsupporting organizational cybersecurity awareness.
Roles & responsibilities
Designing and updating comprehensive training programs, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry developments.
Conducting engaging and diverse training sessions for audiences of varying skill levels, utilizing effective teachingmethodologies.
Maintaining current knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to provide up-to-date insights.
Tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse participants, including IT professionalsand non-technical staff.
Administering assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and skills, providing constructive feedback forimprovement.
Creating practical exercises and simulations for participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, guiding them through the process.
Gathering feedback and adapting training materials and methods to stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats andtechnologies.
Working closely with organizational leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand and address specific cybersecuritytraining needs.
Providing mentorship and support to individuals seeking to enhance their cybersecurity skills, offering guidance on careerpaths and professional development.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to training programs, including course outlines, materials, andparticipant records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Educating participants on ethical considerations and compliance requirements within the cybersecurity domain.
Contributing to the overall cybersecurity awareness within the organization through participation in awarenesscampaigns and initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Master’s in Cyber Security will be preferred or any Graduate can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
